PTFE is a highly resilient o-ring material unaffected by virtually all known acids, alkalis and solvents. It is tough,abrasion resistant and capable of withstanding temperatures between -200℃ to +250℃. It also possesses outstanding weather, ozone and electrical resistance. For this reason,it is the o-ring of choice for using in aerospace,food,pharmaceuticals and telecommunications industries.
PTFE O-rings could be a more economical alternative to FFKM material,but they are not easily compressed and have little memory to be able to return to their original form.This can be a disadvantage if under permanent strain and may not create the best lasting seal.

These gaskets have been manufactured from milled gum silicone which offers superior resistance to tearing and deformation when compared to traditional liquid injection molding silicone.

4.Q: How can I get some samples?
A: 1.We are honored to offer you samples by express. Abroad clients are expected to pay for the freigh cost, the samples are free. For clients in China, we pay express fee.
2. Regarding the courier cost:
(1) you could arrange a RPI (remote pickup) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected;
(2) inform us your express freight collect account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company;
(3) Transfer the cost to us in advance, the sample will be sent after receiving the payment
