Our Sample Policy?

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost(Maybe free) and the courier cost.

Our Test?

We have 100% test before delivery.

Delivery Time?

1. Products in stock, delivery time is 1 workday;

2. Products out of stock, and mold in stock, delivery time is 5~7 workdays;

3. Products out of stock, and mold out of stock, delivery time is 10~15 workdays.

Remark: Delivery time is also subject to quantity.

It’s important to select the right rubber material for the application and the environment. We can work with you to identify the best, most cost

effective material for your application.

1.What medium will contact when using, oil, chemicals…?

2.What is application temperature?

3.Dynamic seal or static seal?

4.Surface seal or shaft seal?

What Kind of Information We Need?

1. Material: "Common Material Performance List" could be sent for reference. If still not sure, suitable material could be suggested according

to WORKING CONDITION, for example: working temp. and working medium ( oil, seawater, solvent and so on)

2. SIZE: Drawing is better, if no, welcome to send SAMPLE to us, then we will measure it by professional equipment–Optical Projector, and

make 3D drawing for you.

3. Hardness & Color: Hardness could be suggested by your sample or working pressure, any color is welcome.

4. Qty: Any quantity is welcome, we like to along with you about the NEW PRODUCTS from DESIGN to FINISHED.

5. Other special request: Precision, compression set, elongation, and so on.
