How to select the rubber right material?
It's important to select the right rubber material for the applicaiton and the environment. Most rubber materials will have the flexibility to be used in rubber bellows applications – Beike Sealing. can work with you to identify the best, most cost effective material for your application. What medium will contact when using, oil, chemicals…? What is application temperature? Dynamic seal or static seal? Surface seal or shaft seal?
NBR RUBBER MATERIAL
Good mechanical technological parameters.e.g.high abrasion resistance,low gas permeability and good resistance to mineral oil based lubricating oils and greases, hydraulic oils,highly non-flammable hydraulic fluids HFA,HFB,HFC,silicone oils and greases,water up to approx.80°C.NBR is generally not resistant to polar solvents, glycol-based brake fluids and highly non-flammable hydraulic fluids HFD.It has a low resistance to ozone ,weathering and ageing. In most hydraulic applications this has no effect because the hydraulic seals are installed internally in the hydraulic components.
Temperature:-30~+120°C
Application:NBR is frequently used in the hydraulic field due to its good mechanical characteristics and resistance to mineral oil based lubricating oils and greases.
SILICONE RUBBER MATERIAL
VMQ shows excellent heat resistance cold flexibility, dielectric properties and especially good resistance to weather ,ozone and UV rays .not suitable for based fluid.
Temperature:-60~+230°C
FKM(FPM) RUBBER MATERIAL
It is a fluorocarbon elastomer with high themal and chemical resistance. Its broad spectrum of resistance and relatively good compression set,even at high temperature.
Temperature:-20~+200°C
EPDM RUBBER MATERIAL
EPDM shows good heat ,ozone and aging resistance ,in addition they also exhibit high levels of elasticity, good low temperature behavior as well as good insulating properties.
Temperature:-50~ +150 °C
HNBR RUBBER MATERIAL
HNBR shows good mechanical properties.the operating temperature of HNBR ranges between -30°C and +140°C(for a short period of time up to +160°C)in contact with mineral oils special types can be used down to -40°C.
Temperature:-30~+140°C

Maihua Rubber cannot predict seal life under all the varying conditions of operation.
Accellerated life testing may be performed by customer to determine expected life,
but must be conducted in dynamic application.

1). All raw material we used are imported; Cooperation with Dupont, JSR and large raw material recip database,
make our material properties are relatively stable, products' quality be control.
